Juan Pablo Araneda

 When I was a child my dream was to be a soccer player. I  always asked my parents to buy me soccer balls and i played anywhere. As I grew up my interests changed and I began to like history. In my last year of high school I was undecided between pedagogy in history and journalism but finally I chose journalism because it was the career that combined all the things I liked. My university experience so far has been good. Unfortunately we have not been able to go in person but online I met some people who have helped me a lot and in the classes I have also learned different things that will be very useful in the future. In the future I would like to work in sports journalism maybe reporting games or just commenting on sports.

  Hi!, I´m Juan Pablo Araneda and I´m 19. I am a second year student of journalism at Universidad de Chile. I was born and raised in Chile. All my life I´ve lived in Maipu. I´m from a family of four and I am the second. My mom´s name is Lorena, my dad´s name is Paul and my sister´s name is Francisca. We had a dog called Tomy, but unfortunately he died four months ago. I really like tennis and football, both watching it and playing it. In football, my favorite team is Universidad de Chile. I like to watch the games and when they lose i suffer a lot.  I listen to almost all kinds of music except rock and metal. Music is important to me because it makes me happy. I constantly have music as a kind of motivation for the day
